У понеділок, 11 березня, Шевченківський районний суд м. Чернівці підтримав позицію прокурора Чернівецької місцевої прокуратури щодо обрання запобіжного заходу жителю Чернівців, який підозрюється в умисному вбивстві (ч.1 ст.115 КК України) 34-річного чоловіка, у виді тримання під вартою, без права внесення застави.
Встановлено, що 9 березня, підозрюваний, під час розпивання алкогольних напоїв в одній із квартир по вулиці Івасюка, що в Чернівцях, у ході раптово виниклого конфлікту, завдав своєму знайомому смертельне ножове поранення.
Як повідомляє прес-служба прокуратури Чернівецької області, за скоєне чоловіку загрожує покарання у виді позбавлення волі строком до п’ятнадцяти років. Досудове розслідування триває.
