Уряд України запроваджує новий, більш зручний механізм отримання «доступних ліків» – за електронним рецептом. Вже з квітня лікарі будуть виписувати тільки е-рецепти на ліки, що включені до урядової програми «Доступні ліки». Е-рецепт дозволить пацієнтам отримувати потрібні їм ліки в будь-якій аптеці, що увійшла в програму, незалежно від того, в якому місті чи селищі був виписаний рецепт. Препарат, виписаний лікарем, наприклад, у Львові, можна буде без проблем отримати за е-рецептом в аптеці Києва чи Одеси. Про це повідомляє прес-служба Чернівецької ОДА, посилаючись на Урядовий кур’єр.
Щоб отримати «доступні ліки» за е-рецептом необхідно:
- Звернутись до свого сімейного лікаря чи терапевта, який випише вам е-рецепт на необхідний препарат. На ваш мобільний телефон надійде повідомлення з кодом рецепту. Якщо ви не маєте телефону, лікар роздрукує вам код.
- Завітати до аптеки, що бере участь у програмі і має на дверях наліпку «Доступні ліки», назвати аптекарю код вашого рецепту, та отримати ваш препарат безкоштовно або з незначною доплатою.
Програма «Доступні ліки» була запроваджена у квітні 2017 року. На даний час за цією програмою можна отримати 258 препаратів від серцево-судинних захворювань, діабету ІІ типу та бронхіальної астми, 64 з них є безкоштовними. Отримати доступні ліки можна в кожній третій аптеці в країні. За час дії програми держава відшкодувала вартість ліків за понад 33 мільйонами рецептів та перерахувала аптечним закладам більше 1,7 млрд грн. Уряд планує розширювати програму, кількість доступних ліків буде збільшуватись.
