З метою підвищення рівня технічної майстерності гірськолижних рятувальників, інструкторів гірськолижних комплексів упродовж 22-24 лютого у селі Мигове Вижницького району проходили змагання з відкритої Першості Чернівецької області по гірським лижам та гірськолижним рятувальним роботам. У змаганнях взяли участь 10 команд, зокрема представники Закарпатської, Івано-Франківської, Львівської та Чернівецької областей. Змагання проводилися в кількох дисциплінах: слалом, розбір та збір транспортувального спорядження (ак’ї) на швидкість, рятувальні роботи на гірськолижній трасі. Кожну дистанцію учасники змагань проходили на час, а за допущені помилки їм додавали додаткові секунди.
Команда групи гірського пошуково-рятувального відділення Аварійно-рятувальної частини Аварійно-рятувального загону спеціального призначення Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області продемонструвала найкращі результати на всіх дистанціях. Фахівці виконували всі ті роботи, котрі їм доводиться робити постійно під час порятунку людей в горах. Рятувальники подолали слаломну дистанцію за найкоротший час, продемонстрували вправність у поводженні з рятувальним спорядженням та найоперативніше «врятували» умовного потерпілого. Так, фахівці групи гірського пошуково-рятувального відділення швидко дісталися до умовного постраждалого, що перебував посеред траси, визначили, який в нього тип травми, надали необхідну домедичну допомогу та, використовуючи ак’ю, спустили потерпілого вниз до рятувального пункту.
У загальному результаті команда групи гірського пошуково-рятувального відділення Аварійно-рятувальної частини УДСНС зайняла 1 місце. За перемогу учасників команди нагородили грамотами та цінними подарунками, а також медалями за найкращий результат у слаломній дистанції.
