Інцидент стався у Сокирянському районі. Наразі вирішується питання про обрання затриманому запобіжного заходу.
Вранці 24 лютого до поліції надійшло повідомлення про 31-річного чоловіка, якого з тяжкими тілесними ушкодженнями госпіталізовано до Сокирянської центральної районної лікарні.
Слідчо-оперативна група місцевого відділення поліції встановила, що потерпілий отримав тілесні ушкодження напередодні, 23 лютого, під час конфлікту з 36-річним односельцем.
Поліцейські затримали нападника та помістили до ізолятору тимчасового тримання. Затриманому вже оголошено про підозру у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України. Зловмиснику загрожує до 8 років позбавлення волі.
