36-річний командир взводу однієї з військових частин, дислокованих на території Буковини, налагодив нелегальний збут зброї та боєприпасів із району проведення операції Об’єднаних сил.
Слідчі обласного управління Нацполіції спільно з працівниками СБУ під процесуальним керівництвом військової прокуратури задокументували факти продажу зловмисником автомата АКС-74, сімнадцяти гранат РГД-5 із запалами та значної кількості набоїв.
Правоохоронці затримали військового в одному з населених пунктів області під час спроби збуту гранатомета РПГ-7 і боєприпасів до нього.
У межах кримінального провадження, розпочатого за частиною 1 статті 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України, затриманому оголошено про підозру та вирішується питання щодо обрання йому запобіжного заходу. Підозрюваному загрожує від трьох до семи років позбавлення волі.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування для встановлення всіх обставин та інших осіб, ймовірно причетних до збуту зброї.
