16 лютого о 18 годині 30 хвилин на спецлінію «102», надійшло повідомлення про ДТП в с.Стальнівці Новоселицького району, де винуватець, здійснив наїзд на 77-річну жінку та зник з місця події.
Внаслідок ДТП потерпіла отримала тілесні ушкодження та була доставлена до Новоселицької ЦРЛ для надання медичної допомоги. Про це повідомляє прес-служба ГУНП у Чернівецькій області.
У ході розшукових заходів поліцейські Новоселицького ВП впродовж години встановили транспортний засіб, причетний до ДТП, та розшукали 32-річного водія, мешканця цього району.
За фактом ДТП відомості внесені до ЄРДР за частиною 1 статті 286 Кримінального кодексу України (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами).
Санкція статті передбачає обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років, з позбавленням права керувати транспортними засобами на такий же термін.
