Сьогодні, 13 лютого, близько 5-ї години на вулиці Гагаріна патрульні зупинили автомобіль Volkswagen Golf, водій якого порушив правила дорожнього руху.
В ході спілкуванням поліцейські помітили, що у водія присутні характерні ознаки сп’яніння. Чоловіка запросили в ЧОНД для проходження огляду на стан сп’яніння. Результат – позитивний. Cтан сп’яніння внаслідок вживання алкоголю (0.57 проміле) та амфетаміну.
На водія винесено постанову за ст. 121 КУпАП (порушення водієм правил керування транспортним засобом, правил користування ременями безпеки або мотошоломами) та складено протокол ст. 130 КУпАП (керування транспортними засобами особами, які перебувають у стані алкогольного, наркотичного чи іншого сп’яніння).
