9 лютого близько 22 години до поліції звернувся житель Глибоччини, який повідомив, що йому телефонувала невідома особа та пропонувала гроші за те, щоб на виборах Президента України він проголосував за окремого кандидата. Про це повідомляється на сайті ГУНП у Чернівецькій області.
За фактом обіцянки виборцю неправомірної вигоди відомості внесені до ЄРДР за частиною 2 статті 160 Кримінального кодексу України (Підкуп виборця, учасника референдуму). Санкція статті передбачає покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк до трьох років. Досудове слідство триває.
Всього від початку передвиборної агітації до поліції Буковини надійшло 18 повідомлень. Відкрито 1 кримінальне провадження. Складено 18 адміністративних протоколів. Судом притягнуто до адміністративної відповідальності 2 особи.
