Так, об 11.00 біля пам’ятника загиблим в Афганістані буковинцям (проспект Незалежності,68) – панахида за загиблими учасниками бойових дій на території інших держав та мітинг, покладання вінків та квітів.
Цього ж дня, о 13.00 у ресторані «Дельта» (вул.Гайдара,2) відбудуться урочистості.
