Прокуратура Чернівецької області підтримує публічне обвинувачення у кримінальному провадженні, зареєстрованому за фактом розбійного нападу на ювелірний магазин в Сокирянах (ч.4 ст. 187 КК України).
У вчиненні вказаного злочину обвинувачуються двоє осіб – 33-річний мешканець Хмельницької області та 27-річний буковинець.
Досудовим розслідування встановлено, що 09 вересня, близько полудня, вказані громадяни зайшли в приміщення ювелірного магазину в м. Сокиряни, де погрожуючи зброєю та застосовуючи фізичне насильство відносно працівників закладу, зібрали та помістили у заздалегідь підготовлену сумку наявні у вітринах ювелірні вироби загальною вартістю понад 2,3 млн грн та зникли з місця скоєння злочину.
В подальшому правопорушнику були затримані співробітниками поліції.
Наразі розпочався судовий розгляд вказаного провадження.
