Вчора, 29 січня, близько 19:00 на спецлінію «102» надійшло повідомлення від 37-річного жителя с. Драчинці, Кіцманського району про те, що півгодини тому двоє невідомих, один з яких – єгер, нанесли йому тілесні ушкодження та здійснили постріл з карабіну.
На місце події одразу направили СОГ Кіцманського відділу поліції. Правоохоронці з’ясували, що в с. Нові Драчинці на виїзді з лісу сталася словесна суперечка між групою осіб, серед яких був 53-річний єгер Кіцманської районної організації Громадської організації «Українське товариство мисливців та рибалок». Останній під час конфлікту погрожував фізичною розправою опонентам та здійснив постріл з мисливського карабіна в землю. За словами єгеря, особи, з якими у нього виник конфлікт – браконьєри, які неодноразово порушували правила полювання.
Інформація про нанесення тілесних ушкоджень не підтвердилась, внаслідок пострілу ніхто з учасників події чи інших громадян не постраждав.
Правоохоронці взяли до уваги відео з місця події, відзняте очевидцем та поширене в мережі Інтернет.
За вказаним фактом відкрите кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 129 (Погроза вбивством) Кримінального кодексу України. Досудове слідство триває. Органами прокуратури вирішується питання про передачу кримінального провадження за підслідністю до Державного бюро розслідувань.
Також поліція перевіряє інформацію щодо здійснення браконьєрського полювання, вирішується питання про позбавлення дозволів на зброю єгеря та інших учасників конфлікту.
