Повідомляють у Головному управлінні ДФС у Чернівецькій області. Відтак відповідно до Закону України від 23.11.2018 №2628-VIII “Про внесення змін до Податкового кодексу України щодо покращення адміністрування та перегляду ставок окремих податків і зборів» звільняються з 2019 року від оподаткування ПДФО та військовим збором не тільки стипендії, які виплачуються з бюджету.
До пп. 165.1.26 Податкового кодексу України внесено зміни: сума стипендії (включаючи суму її індексації, нараховану відповідно до закону), яка виплачується учню, студенту, курсанту військових навчальних закладів, ординатору, аспіранту або ад’юнкту, не підлягає оподаткуванню, але не вище ніж сума, визначена в абзаці першому пп. 169.4.1 ПКУ.
У 2019 році цей поріг становить: 1921 грн х 1,4 = 2690 грн. У разі якщо сума стипендії є більшою, сума перевищення підлягає оподаткуванню під час її нарахування (виплати) за ставкою 18% та військовим збором за ставкою 1,5%.
Податкові новації 2019 : стипендії до 2690 грн. не оподатковуються
