Інспекцією державного архітектурно-будівельного контролю міської ради виявлено розміщення оголошень на сайтах продажу об’єктів нерухомого майна квартир «студіо» або «смарт» (апартаменти) на вулиці Руській у місті Чернівцях. За результатами опрацювання вказаної інформації встановлено, що будинок, про якій йдеться в оголошеннях знаходиться за адресою: вул. О.Пчілки,5-Б, м. Чернівці (на розі вулиць Руської та О.Пчілки). Документи які б надавали право на виконання будівельних робіт та свідчили про прийняття в експлуатацію об’єкта за вищевказаною адресою відсутні. Відповідно до містобудівної документації «Коригування генерального плану міста Чернівці», затвердженої рішенням 48 сесії міської ради VI скликання від 27.03.2014 №1171 в складі якої розроблено схему зонування території міста Чернівці (детальний план не розроблявся), земельна ділянка на вул. О.Пчілки,5-Б розташована на території промислових підприємств і технологічних об’єктів та установок IV класу (В-4), де будівництво житла не передбачено.
Станом на цей час Інспекцією державного архітектурно-будівельного контролю здійснюються організаційні заходи щодо проведення позапланової перевірки дотримання вимог містобудівного законодавства на об’єкті за адресою: вул. О.Пчілки,5-Б, м. Чернівці.
Чернівецька міська рада застерігає мешканців міста від інвестування та придбання сумнівних об’єктів нерухомого майна, зокрема на вул. О.Пчілки,5-Б у м. Чернівцях.
