Буковина потопає в снігу. На дорогах утворилися численні затори, громадський транспорт їздить зі збоями, пішоходи ледве пересуваються тротуарами.
Прес-служба патрульної поліції Чернівецької області повідомила про стан автошляхів на Буковині. Вранці в напрямку Порубного почали буксувати фури. Дорожнє покриття було засніжене, дорожньої розмітки не було видно, на узбіччі – насипи снігу, на дорозі – місцями ожеледиця.
Дорога Р-62 на Сторожинець – на дорозі сніг, під снігом – лід. За селом Кам’яна – сильний снігопад, авто рухаються повільно – 20-30 км/год. У напрямку села Атаки – ускладнення в русі, буксують фури. Між населеними пунктами Рингач і Динівці стоять близько 20 фур, раніше їх було до 40. У напрямку Валя Кузьміна забуксувала фура, організовано реверсний рух. Траса М-19 – село Грушівка – організовано реверсний рух, поки чистять дорогу. Фури зупиняються, бо слизько і вони не можуть піднятися вгору. На початку вул. Головної-перехрестя Б. Хмельницького – значне ускладнення у русі, на місці працювали екіпажі патрульної поліції. На вул. Калинівській, 13 – рух в одну сторону перекрито фурою.
