Факт адмінправопорушення співробітники встановили Чернівецької митниці ДФС під час здійснення в пункті пропуску «Порубне» поглибленого огляду легкового автомобіля «VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER». Про це повідомляє прес-служба ДФС у Чернівецькій області.
На територію пункту пропуску в’їхав автомобіль під керуванням громадянина Румунії, який слідував з України до Румунії в приватних справах. Громадянин надав контрольний талон для проходження митного контролю по «зеленому коридору», заявивши про відсутність у нього коштів та наявність особистих речей.
Під час здійснення митних формальностей виявили приховані від митного контролю сім металевих балонів з хладагентом, які знаходились в спеціально виготовлених сховищах. Тайник побачили через утворення непередбаченої заводом-виробником порожнини під сидіннями салону мікроавтобуса. Порожнина утворена шляхом встановлення по периметру каркасу кріплення сидінь декоративної пластмасової обшивки.
Таким чином, порушник митного законодавства вчинив дії, спрямовані на незаконне переміщення через митний кордон України з приховуванням від митного контролю в спеціально виготовлених тайниках товару.
Зазначені дії мають ознаки порушення митних правил, передбачених статтею 471 та частиною 1 статті 483 Митного кодексу України.
У відношенні громадянина співробітники митниці запровадили справу про порушення митних правил. За протоколом балони з хладагентом іноземного виробництва та автомобіль 2000 р.в. вилучено. Загальна вартість вилученого становить майже 175 тис. грн.
