19 січня у день Водохрещення Господнього на Буковині традиційно відбудеться освячення води у річках та озерах. За давнім повір’ям, купання у це свято додає здоров’я, сили. Тому кількість охочих омитися святою водою на Водохреща щороку зростає.
Але, зважаючи на погодні умови, Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області нагадує про важливість дотримання правил безпеки. Оскільки вода у річках та озерах холодна, для непідготовленої людини таке купання досить небезпечне. Тому, перш ніж зануритися у водойму, пам’ятайте:
- людям із захворюваннями серцево-судинної чи дихальної систем краще утриматися від купання;
- заходити у воду дітям можна тільки з дозволу та під наглядом батьків;
- перед тим, як зайти у водойму, краще розігріти тіло;
- для здорової люди достатньо буде зануритися у воду до 10-15 секунд, після чого одразу вийти на берег;
- не слід перебувати в ополонці більше 1 хвилини, щоб уникнути загального переохолодження організму;
- після купання обов’язково витріться рушником та переодягніться у сухий одяг, щоб запобігти переохолодженню;
- недопустимо заходити у воду у стані алкогольного сп’яніння.
Пам’ятайте, зимове купання для непідготовленого організму – це завжди стрес. Тому про святкування краще подумати заздалегідь, обливаючись впродовж року прохолодною водою та поступово зменшуючи температуру, щоб купання на Водохреща не призвело до небезпечних наслідків.
