Учора, 16 січня 2019 року, колегія суддів Апеляційного суду Чернівецької області підтримала позицію прокурора і продовжила перебування підозрюваного за вбивство дружини під вартою, залишивши рішення суду першої інстанції без змін. Про це повідомили у Сторожинецькій місцевій прокуратурі Чернівецької області.
Нагадаємо, 9 січня 2019 року Сторожинецьким районним судом задоволено клопотання прокурора Сторожинецької місцевої прокуратури про взяття під варту затриманого 8 січня 2019 року 36-річного жителя села Бобівці Сторожинецького району Чернівецької області, підозрюваного у вбивстві дружини. Чоловік підозрюється у тому, що увечері, 7 січня 2019 року, перебуваючи разом зі своєю дружиною неподалік автобусної зупинки у селі Бобівці Сторожинецького району, заподіяв смерть жінці. Підозрюваний, будучи в стані алкогольного сп’яніння під час конфлікту, що виник раптово, почав стискати обома руками шию жінки доти, поки вона не припинила чинити опір та подавати ознаки життя.
Не погодившись із вказаним рішенням суду, захисник підозрюваного подав апеляційну скаргу, за наслідками розгляду якої вчора, 16 січня 2019 року, колегія суддів Апеляційного суду Чернівецької області підтримала позицію прокурора та залишила рішення суду першої інстанції без змін, а підозрюваного – під вартою.
