Правоохоронці викрили чоловіка та жінку, які обґрунтовано підозрюються у відкритому заволодінні чужим майном. Злочинну пару поміщено до ізолятору тимчасового тримання. Затриманим загрожує до шести років позбавлення волі.
Уночі 13-го січня до Чернівецького відділу поліції звернувся 59-річний місцевий житель. Заявник повідомив, що на одній із вулиць Чернівців до нього підійшли невідомі чоловік і жінка. Молодик попросив у потерпілого цигарку, а потім ударив декілька разів по голові. Від ударів чоловік упав на землю і нападники тут же скористалися його безпорадністю – забрали у своєї жертви гроші, мобільний телефон і кишеньковий ніж.
Одразу на пошуки злочинців було орієнтовано всі наряди поліції. В ході проведення розшукових заходів патрульні поліцейські по «гарячих» слідах затримали осіб, які підпадали під орієнтування. В подальшому слідчо-оперативна група Чернівецького відділу поліції провела впізнання, під час якого потерпілий вказав своїх нападників.
Ними виявилися 32-річний чернівчанин, котрий неодноразово відбував покарання за грабежі та розбої і 22-річна жителька обласного центру, яка раніше була судима за наркозлочини. У зловмисників поліцейські вилучили частину викраденого майна, а саме ніж і мобільний телефон. Злочинну пару правоохоронці помістили до ізолятору тимчасового тримання.
Слідчі Чернівецького ВП оголосили грабіжникам про підозру у скоєнні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 186 (Грабіж) Кримінального кодексу України.
Наразі поліцейські готують клопотання до суду про обрання їм запобіжного заходу. Тривають слідчі дії.
