У 2018 році місцеві бюджети регіону отримали 2672,8 млн.грн. податків та зборів. Ця сума перевищує відповідний показник 2017 року на 20,8 відсотків, що у гривневому еквіваленті складає понад 459 млн. грн.
Зокрема, основну питому вагу у розрізі платежів забезпечують надходження зі сплати податку на доходи фізичних осіб та єдиного податку. Впродовж року до місцевих скарбниць надійшло 1725,6 млн. грн. податку на доходи фізичних осіб, що на 26,5 відсотків, або 361,4 млн. грн більше ніж у 2017 році.
За звітний рік платники єдиного податку області перерахували понад 395,1 млн. грн. із темпом росту до 2017 року в 120,7 відсотків та додатковою сумою 67,6 млн.грн.
Третє місце показником надходжень посідає плата за землю – землевласники та землекористувачі сплатили 295,4 млн. грн., що на 7,0 млн. грн більше за 2017 рік.
Також від платників які продають тютюнові та горілчані товари надійшло до місцевих скарбниць 125,0 млн. грн. акцизного податку.
Цифри надходжень податків до місцевих бюджетів у розрізі районів наступні: 114,0 млн.грн – Вижниницький; 44,8 млн.грн. – Герцаївський; 125,3 млн. грн. – Глибоцький; 94,3 млн. грн. – Заставнівський; 86,4 млн.грн. – Кельменецький; 136,6 млн. грн. – Кіцманський; 130,9 млн.грн. – Новоселицький; 56,3 млн.грн. – Путильський; 92,8 млн.грн. – Сокирянський; 151,3 млн. грн. – Сторожинецький; 101,2 млн. грн. – Хотинський; 1481,1 млн. грн. – м. Чернівці; 57,4 млн. грн. – м. Новодністровськ.
