За значний внесок у розвиток культури міста Чернівців, з метою належного вшанування та увічнення відомого вірменського композитора, диригента, педагога та мецената Кароля Мікулі, буде встановлена меморіальна дошка на фасаді будинку за адресою
вул. Шолом Алейхема,11, з таким текстом українською та вірменською мовами:
«Ця вулиця названа на честь уродженця Чернівців Кароля Мікулі відомого вірменського композитора, диригента, педагога, мецената (20.10.1819 – 21.05.1897)
Այս փողոցը անվանակոչվել է ի պատիվ հանրահայտ հայ կոմպոզիտոր, դիրիժոր, մանկավարժ, բարերար Կարոլ Միկուլիի».
Таке рішення ухвалив виконавчий комітет міської ради за пропозицією Чернівецького обласного вірменського національно-культурного товариства «Аревик».
Виготовлення та встановлення меморіальної дошки буде здійснено за кошти вірменської громади.
