Сьогодні, 24 грудня, близько 14-ї години на вулиці Головна, за порушення правил дорожнього руху (проїзд на червоний, забороняючий сигнал світлофора) патрульні зупинили транспортний засіб HONDA CRV.
Під час розгляду справи про адміністративне правопорушення у поліцейських виникла підозра, що водій знаходиться в стані наркотичного сп’яніння. Від проходження медичного огляду відмовився на місці в присутності двох свідків.
На водія складено наступні матеріали:
ст. 130 (керування транспортними засобами, які перебувають у стані алкогольного, наркотичного чи іншого сп’яніння)
ст. 126 (керування транспортними засобами без відповідних документів).
Чоловік поводив себе підозріло та помітно нервував, тому патрульні згідно ст.34 Закону України “Про Національну поліцію” провели поверхневу перевірку. В ході перевірки в автомобілі виявили ніж (мачете) та телескопічний металевий кийок.
Попередня кваліфікація ст.263 ККУ (незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами).
