Порушення виявили працівники сектору реагування патрульної поліції під час спільного з співробітниками СБУ патрулювання території Новоселицького району.
Зокрема, по обіді 22-го грудня поблизу села Рингач правоохоронці зупинили мікроавтобус «Mercedes-Benz» під керуванням 47-річного жителя Кельменеччини. Під час огляду салону автомобіля виявлено 10 пластикових бочок зі спиртом по 250 літрів кожна.
На місце події поліцейські викликали працівників Державної фіскальної служби для вирішення питання про відкриття кримінального провадження за статтею 204 (Незаконне виготовлення, зберігання, збут або транспортування з метою збуту підакцизних товарів) Кримінального кодексу України.
