Дорожньо-транспортна пригода зі смертельними наслідками сталася вчора, 12 травня, у селі Байраки Чернівецького району. Внаслідок автопригоди малолітня отримала травми несумісні з життям. За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Повідомлення про ДТП надійшло до поліції від фельдшера первинної медико-санітарної допомоги села Байраки.
На місце події одразу виїхали співробітники Слідчого управління Нацполіції в Чернівецькій області, слідчо-оперативна група відділення поліції №4 (м. Герца) Чернівецького районного управління поліції, а також ювенальні поліцейські.
Попередньо правоохоронці встановили, що 43-річний житель села Велика Буда Чернівецького району, керуючи трактором, допустив його перекидання.
Під час автопригоди загинула 6-річна пасажирка транспортного засобу.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
