Співробітники сектору кримінальної поліції викрили двох буковинців, які незаконно видобували гравійно-піщану суміш у руслі річки Черемош. За вказаним фактом поліцейські розпочали кримінальне провадження. Правопорушникам загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Здійснюючи заходи з протидії кримінальним правопорушенням проти довкілля, співробітники сектору кримінальної поліції Вижницького районного відділу поліції виявили на березі річки Черемош у селі Слобода-Банилів двох чоловіків віком 29 та 35 років, які за допомогою спецтехніки видобували гравій та завантажували на автомобіль марки «ГАЗ-53». Жодних документів на право здійснення такої діяльності у буковинців не було.
У порушників надрокористування співробітники поліції вилучили транспортні засоби. Наразі вирішується питання про накладення арешту на вилучене майно.
