Великодні свята 18-річний Олександр зустрічатиме у власному зручному та просторому будинку. Хлопець, який належить до числа дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, отримав гроші на придбання оселі від держави.
Юнаку виділили 371 тисячу гривень, за які він купив будинок у селі Горбова Острицької територіальної громади. Дім площею 197 м2 обладнаний усім необхідним для комфортного життя. Привітала Олександра із покупкою і заступниця голови Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації Наталія Гусак.
«34 буковинських дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, 2020 року отримали від держави гроші на придбання власного житла. Для цих потреб в область надійшли 14,5 мільйона гривень субвенції із держбюджету. Опісля гроші між пільговиками розподілила регіональна комісія. Нині вже 9 таких дітей купили квартири або ж будинки на вторинному ринку», – зазначила Наталія Гусак.
За словами заступниці голови ОДА, Олександр надзвичайно задоволений будинком, дім теплий і привітний.
«Відрадно, що свята хлопець проведе у власній оселі, із друзями та близькими», – додала вона.
Як відомо, порядок забезпечення житлом дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, із 2019 року змінився. Якщо раніше оселі їм купували органи місцевого самоврядування, то тепер кошти зі спеціальної субвенції, яку отримує область, переказують безпосередньо на рахунок таким пільговикам. Цю компенсацію вони повинні використати на придбання житла у будь-якому місті України протягом одного року з дня надходження грошей до уповноваженого банку.
2021 року Чернівецька область отримає майже 16,3 мільйона гривень із держбюджету на проектні, будівельно-ремонтні роботи, придбання житла та приміщень для розвитку сімейних форм виховання та забезпечення оселями дітей-сиріт і дітей позбавлених батьківського піклування. Порядок використання цих коштів Уряд має затвердити своєю постановою уже незабаром.
