«Програму розвитку пасажирського транспорту Чернівецької міської територіальної громади на 2021-2023 роки» затвердили депутати міськради під час чергової сесії 29 квітня.
Прийнята програма має вирішити низку проблем у системі пасажирських перевезень. Також вона дозволить приймати ефективні та управлінські рішення, аби удосконалювати та розвивати мережу транспортного сполучення на території чернівецької міської територіальної громади.
Проблем із пасажирським транспортом багато, зокрема, зношеність рухомого складу авто-електротранспорту, відсутність достатньої кількості транспорту з низькою посадкою, низька частота руху транспорту в окремих міських районах.
Які можливості дає прийнята Програма розвитку пасажирського транспорту?
- Покращення транспортної доступності та сполучення Чернівців;
- Обмеження руху в центрі міста, вдосконалення транспортних схем і транспортного обслуговування, місць паркування, встановлення паркоматів;
- Впровадження системи електронних квитків та єдиного квитка;
- Збільшення парку електротранспорту та відкриття нових маршрутів його руху.
Програму передбачається реалізувати впродовж 2021-2023 років. Програма не є довгостроковою і не передбачає окремі етапи реалізації.
Програма передбачає закупівлю нових та вживаних автобусів, які у першу чергу будуть використовуватися на маршрутах для пільговиків. Цьогоріч планують закупити 20 нових та вживаних тролейбусів, у наступні два роки — по десять.
