Управління освіти Чернівецької міської ради констатує затримку заробітної плати вчителям від початку року. За словами начальника відомства Сергія Мартинюка, гроші за квітень педагоги отримають вже 6 травня, йдеться в місцевих ЗМІ.
15 квітня вчителям виплатили аванс, основну зарплату за цей місяць їм обіцяють вже у травні. В управлінні освіти Чернівецької міської ради затримку заробітної плати пояснюють тим, що з держбюджету не надходять гроші.
«Біда була в січні, коли люди отримали тільки пів зарплати, а у лютому і березні – цілу, у квітні – також: на початку місяця люди отримали перший транш, а у середині – другий. Тобто у квітні вчителі отримали повну зарплату. Інша справа, що це були гроші за половину березня і за половину квітня», – пояснює Сергій Мартинюк.
За його словами, у схожій ситуації опинилися не тільки вчителі у Чернівцях, подібне відбувається й у інших містах України.
«Квітнева зарплата буде повністю закрита 6 травня. Справа в тому, що заробітна плата виплачується з державної субвенції, якої не вистачає. Реально, гроші з держбюджету на даний момент не надходять, і ми чекаємо. Нам не вистачає приблизно 15 мільйонів гривень, щоб закрити цю зарплату», – сказав головний освітянин міста.
На нормальний графік виплати заробітної плати вчителям у Чернівцях місто може вийти вже липні цього року.
