На плавальних доріжках зустрілися понад 70 найсильніших спортсменів з 5 європейських країн – Чехії, Румунії, Словаччини, Туреччини та України. У складі вітчизняної збірної виступали й четверо юних чернівецьких плавців.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Управління молоді та спорту Чернівецької ОДА.
За результатами вдалих виступів наші спортсмени здобули 10 медалей.
Зокрема, Олександр Стрілецький виграв 3 «срібні» нагороди, Владислав Маковійчук здобув по одній «золотій», «срібній» та «бронзовій» медалі, Олена Шахрай принесла українській збірній дві «срібні» нагороди й «бронзу», а Валерія Житарюк – «срібло» в естафетному плаванні.
Відтак, чернівецький спортсмен Олександр Стрілецький посів 5 місце у рейтингу найкращих результатів за підрахунками FINA на міжнародних змаганнях з плавання Multinations Youth Swimmi.
