Cлужбовий собака допоміг буковинським митникам попередити черговий намір незаконного вивезення цигарок. Факт адмінправопорушення встановлено.

Під час огляду співробітники Буковинської митниці залучили службового собаку Рокі.
У транспортному засобі, яким житель Буковини направлявся до Румунії через пункт пропуску “Порубне-Сірет” митного поста “Вадул-Сірет”, серед особистих речей в кабіні водія, було виявлено не задекларовані та не пред’явлені до митного контролю сигарети в кількості 1000 пачок, загальною вартістю 40 тис. грн.
Зазначені дії мають ознаки порушення митних правил, передбачені ч.1 ст. 472 Митного кодексу України, що тягне за собою накладання штрафу у розмірі 100 відсотків вартості предметів правопорушення та конфіскацію самого товару.
