Отримавши повідомлення про мертвого чоловіка з ознаками насильницької смерті, правоохоронці оперативно встановили особу зловмисника. Попри спробу підозрюваного замести сліди злочину й уникнути покарання, поліцейські швидко знайшли його.
Сьогодні вранці, 19-го грудня, до Сокирянського відділення поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що в одному з помешкань села Грубна знайдено мертвого чоловіка.
Виїхавши за вказаною адресою, слідчо-оперативна група виявила тіло 42-річного господаря будинку з ножовими пораненнями.
Правоохоронці провели ретельний огляд місця події, вилучили речові докази, опитали жителів села та всіх можливих свідків. Перевіривши коло осіб, котрі могли бути причетними до вбивства, працівники Сокирянського ВП уже впродовж двох годин встановили зловмисника. Ним виявився 33-річний односельчанин загиблого. Поліцейські знайшли чоловіка за місцем проживання, куди він втік після скоєння злочину. Правопорушник намагався спалити речі та знаряддя злочину, які вказували на його пряму причетність до вбивства.
Працівники поліції затримали молодика в порядку статті 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України.
Як розповів затриманий, у нього з померлим раніше неодноразово виникали конфлікти. Щоб розібратися з опонентом, кривдник прийшов на світанку до нього додому і наніс потерпілому три ножові удари в шию, від яких той упав на підлогу та помер.
Слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження за ознаками злочину, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. Затриманому загрожує до п’ятнадцяти років позбавлення волі. Наразі проводяться першочергові слідчі дії.
