Здійснюючи заходи з протидії незаконному обігу зброї та боєприпасів, оперативники та слідчі ГУНП в Чернівецькій області викрили злочинну діяльність жителя Чернівців, повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Поліцейські з’ясували, що чоловік облаштував удома майстерню з виготовлення та переробки зброї, яку потім продавав на території Буковини. Під час обшуків правоохоронці вилучили у зловмисника зброю, набої, комплектуючі до зброї, знаряддя для її переробки, а також інші речові докази. За незаконне поводження зі зброєю та боєприпасами затриманому загрожує до 7 років позбавлення волі.
За результатами проведення спеціальних поліцейських заходів співробітники Управління карного розшуку ГУНП в Чернівецькій області встановили, що 46-річний чернівчанин виготовляє, переробляє та продає вогнепальну зброю. Майстерню з верстатами та спеціальним знаряддям він обладнав у себе вдома.
Оперативники та слідчі обласного управління Нацполіції разом зі спецпризначенцями «КОРД» і поліцейськими-кінологами затримали зловмисника безпосередньо під час незаконного збуту набоїв і пістолета з ознаками переробки під вогнепальну зброю.
Поліцейські провели вдома у затриманого санкціонований обшук і вилучили два пістолети і револьвер з ознаками переробки, автомат, комплектуючі до зброї, набої, знаряддя для переробки зброї, а такої інші докази протиправної діяльності чернівчанина.
Наразі правопорушник перебуває в ізоляторі тимчасового тримання. Співробітники Слідчого управління ГУНП вирішують питання повідомлення йому про підозру у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України.
Поліцейські проводять досудове розслідування, з’ясовують всі обставини кримінального правопорушення та перевіряють інших осіб на причетність до незаконного обігу зброї, боєприпасів і вибухових речовин.
