У Чернівцях керівнику ветлікарні, якого спіймали на хабарі, повідомили про підозру.
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Прокуратури в Чернівецькій області.
За процесуального керівництва Чернівецької окружної прокуратури начальнику лікарні ветеринарної медицини повідомлено про підозру в одержанні неправомірної вигоди поєднаної з вимаганням (ч.3 ст. 368 КК України).
За даними слідства, керівник ветлікарні пообіцяв громадянці за 10000 гривень неправомірної вигоди видати дозвільні ветеринарні документи на вивіз тварин через державний кордон України без фактичного їх клінічного огляду.
Посадовця затримано в порядку ст. 208 КПК України під час одержання другої частини обумовленої суму в розмірі 5 000 гривень.
У п’ятницю, 16 квітня, Першотравневим районним судом міста Чернівці йому обрано запобіжний захід у виді тримання під вартою з альтернативою внесення застави у розмірі понад 45 тис. грн.
Досудове розслідування у вказаному здійснюють слідчі ГУНП в Чернівецькій області, оперативний супровід – Управління стратегічних розслідувань у Чернівецькій області.
