Сьогодні вранці, 19 грудня, до Хотинського відділення поліції надійшло повідомлення про те, що в одному з приватних будинків села Колінківці знайдено мертву жінку.
На місце події одразу виїхали слідчо-оперативні групи Головного управління Національної поліції та Хотинського ВП, котрі виявили тіло 53-річної сестри господаря будинку з тілесними ушкодженнями, які вказували на явні ознаки насильницької смерті.
В ході проведення першочергових слідчих дій правоохоронці з’ясували, що того вечора між 49-річним власником помешкання та його родичкою виникла сімейна суперечка. Під час конфлікту брат наніс сестрі численних ударів по голові та тулубі. Отримані травми виявилися несумісними з життям.
Поліцейські затримали зловмисника в порядку статті 208 Кримінального процесуального кодексу України. Наразі вирішується питання про оголошення злочинцю підозри та обрання йому запобіжного заходу у вигляді тримання під вартою.
Слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження, передбачене частиною 2 статті 121 (Умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України. За скоєне чоловікові загрожує до десяти років позбавлення волі.
