Від початку року правоохоронці фіксують збільшення кількості звернень про вчинення телефонних та онлайн-шахрайств. Станом на 14 квітня цього року на території міста Чернівці правоохоронці зареєстрували 133 таких повідомлення. Правоохоронці радять буковинцям бути обачними й закликають не піддаватися на маніпуляції шахраїв.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Наразі найбільш поширеними видами шахрайських дій є такі схеми:
– «Ваш родич потрапив у біду»;
– дзвінок від працівника банку про проблему із банківським рахунком;
– товар в інтернеті за привабливою ціною, але з умовою повної чи часткової передоплати;
-.SMS-повідомлення про виграш подарунка чи лотереї.
Запам’ятайте декілька важливих порад, щоб уберегтися від шахраїв:
- ретельно перевіряйте інформацію, яку вам повідомляють;
- якщо у телефонній розмові вимагають гроші – негайно кладіть слухавку;
- не поспішайте виконувати вказівки незнайомих людей;
- не перераховуйте кошти на чужі карткові рахунки;
- нікому не повідомляйте пін-код чи CVV-код банківської картки, а також секретні коди повідомлень з банку;
- користуйтеся поштовою послугою «оплата при отриманні». Вона дає можливість перевірити стан та наявність товару перед тим, як за нього заплатити.
Якщо все таки ви стали жертвою злочинних дій – негайно звертайтеся до найближчого підрозділу поліції або на спецлінію «102».
