Лише за одну зміну патрульні виявили чотирьох осіб, які мали при собі речовини, ймовірно, наркотичного походження. В одному з випадків чоловік мав намір відправити заборонені речовини поштою.
Про це повідомляє патрульна поліція Чернівецької області.
13 квітня у Чернівцях на проспекті Незалежності патрульні помітили чоловіка, який поводився досить підозріло. Під час перевірки виявили речовину, ймовірно, наркотичного походження.
Зокрема, через підозрілу поведінку чоловіка поліцейські зупинили його та згідно зі ст. 34 закону України “Про Національну поліцію” провели поверхневу перевірку.
При собі підозрюваний мав коробку, яку, за його словами, він ніс на пошту, щоб відправити другу. Під час огляду вмісту коробки патрульні виявили наркотичні речовини.
Загалом протягом зміни патрульні виявили аж чотири схожих випадки.
В усіх чотирьох інспектори повідомили слідчо-оперативну групу, яка вже більш детально встановлюватиме обставини події.
Правопорушникам загрожує кримінальна відповідальність за статтею 309 (Незаконне зберігання наркотичних речовин) ККУ.
Згідно статті, такі дії, вчинені вперше, караються штрафом від п’ятдесяти до ста неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправними роботами на строк до двох років, або арештом на строк до шести місяців, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років, або позбавленням волі на той самий строк.
