Вчетверте за останні кілька днів прикордонники Чернівецького загону виявили та затримали транспортний засіб, в якому знаходилися тютюнові вироби без марок акцизного податку України.
Про це повідомляє Західне регіональне управління Держприкордонслужби України – Західний кордон.
Так, в ніч з 12 на 13 квітня 2021 року, в ході реалізації випереджувальної інформації, співробітниками оперативних підрозділів та військовослужбовцями відділу прикордонної служби типу «С» неподалік загороджувального паркану затримано позашляховик британської реєстрації. Автомобіль марки «Mitsubishi Pajero» правоохоронці зупинили за 2500 метрів до кордону з Румунією, в межах відповідальності відділу «Красноїльськ». В салоні транспортного засобу підвищеної прохідності знаходилося троє буковинців, а в багажному відділенні — обгорнуті чорним поліетиленом пакунки з тютюновими виробами.
Особи намагалися вдатись до втечі, а тому прикордонникам довелося здійснити кілька попереджувальних пострілів у повітря та в бік транспортного засобу. Згодом на місце події прибули співробітники Національної поліції.
Позашляховик та затриманих осіб охоронці кордону доставили до відділу «Красноїльськ», де на чоловіків було складено адміністративні протоколи за злісну непокору співробітникам Держприкордонслужби та за незаконне перетинання або спробу незаконного перетинання державного кордону України.
Щодо виявлених 5200 пачок тютюнових виробів різних марок, вартість яких сягає близько 200 тисяч гривень, то вони надалі будуть передані співробітникам Буковинської митниці.
До слова, лише за останні 6 днів у межах Чернівецької області прикордонники затримали 4 транспортні засоби, в яких знаходилося понад 140 ящиків тютюнової продукції без марок акцизного податку України.
