Учора, 12 квітня, під час моніторингу соціальних мереж поліцейські виявили допис, у якому йшлося про те, що по вулиці Небесної Сотні Чернівців виник конфлікт між двома співвласниками будинку. Автор також повідомив про те, що один із учасників інциденту викликав на допомогу працівників приватної охоронної фірми, які, за словами потерпілого, нанесли йому тілесні ушкодження.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
У цьому дописі, зокрема, автор вказав про те, між ним та іншим співвласником будівлі виник конфлікт щодо незаконності самовільної прибудови. У цей час, за словами чернівчанина, під час з’ясування стосунків працівники приватної фірми охорони нанесли йому тілесні ушкодження.
Наразі триває перевірка отриманої інформації, після проведення якої подію буде кваліфіковано відповідно до чинного законодавства. Про її результати буде повідомлено додатково.
Поліцейські встановлюють причини виникнення конфлікту: збирають свідчення очевидців та учасників події. Також вживаються необхідні заходи щодо встановлення та притягнення до відповідальності осіб, які вчинили вказане правопорушення.
Зараз правоохоронці вирішують питання про внесення відомостей до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за попередньої кваліфікацією частини 2 статті 296 (Хуліганство) Кримінального кодексу України.
