Служба безпеки України викрила на хабарі генерального директора КНП «Чернівецький обласний перинатальний центр».
Оперативники спецслужби встановили, що посадовець намагався за гроші «вирішити» питання щодо укладання із Чернівецькою облрадою безстрокового трудового договору. За підписання угоди він запропонував чиновникам $12 тисяч.
Правоохоронці затримали зловмисника під час передачі хабара посадовцю облради на одній із вулиць у центрі Чернівців. Наразі у межах кримінального провадження за ч. 3 ст. 369 (пропозиція, обіцянка або надання неправомірної вигоди службовій особі) Кримінального кодексу України затриманому повідомлено про підозру. Вирішується питання про обрання запобіжного заходу. Тривають слідчі дії.
Заходи із викриття протиправної діяльності проводилися спільно зі слідчими ГУ Нацполіції у Чернівецькій області за процесуального керівництва обласної прокуратури, повідомляє пресслужба СБУ в Чернівецькій області.
