Міністерство охорони здоров’я України напрацьовує програму реабілітації пацієнтів, які перенесли коронавірус в амбулаторних і стаціонарних умовах. На неї мають передбачити державне фінансування через через «Національну службу здоров’я». Про це в ефірі «Україна 24» розповіла заступниця Міністра охорони здоров’я Ірина Микичак, пише «LB».
Скерування на реабілітацію пацієнту видаватиме сімейний лікар. Ірина Микичак каже, що лікарі і зараз дають направлення в той чи інший стаціонар, не чекаючи, доки НСЗУ фінансуватиме цей пакет окремо.
«Пацієнт супроводжується насамперед сімейним лікарем. Тобто коли він виписався зі стаціонару або закінчив лікування амбулаторно, він завжди супроводжується сімейним лікарем, який знає всі його проблеми і знає, яку допомогу пацієнт потребує. Відповідно, сімейний лікар дає направлення в той чи інший стаціонар, навіть не чекаючи, поки НСЗУ буде окремо пакет фінансувати, тому що у нас працюють лікарні різної спрямованості», – розповіла Ірина Микичак.
Напрацьовувати реабілітаційний постковідний пакет НСЗУ розпочали ще на початку року, зазначила вона.
Окрім того, міністерство працює над тим, щоб санаторії системи МОЗ могли також надавати відповідну допомогу.
