1 квітня на території 4 державної пожежно-рятувальної частини міста Вижниця відбулося вручення обладнання зі Швейцарії. На заході були присутні керівництво Вижницького районного сектору Управління ДСНС, представники та голови місцевих громад. Три територіальні громади – Банилівська, Вашківська та Усть-Путильська отримали обладнання та інструмент в рамках реалізації проекту «iNSltu: природні рішення постраждалим від паводку громадам».
Кожна громада отримала мотопомпу, за допомогою якої можна відкачати воду із затоплених будівель, а під час пожежі – брати воду для гасіння з річки чи колодязя; сучасні бензопили, ручні пилки та сокири, щоб розчищати потічки від поваленого гілля й дати можливість воді під час паводку швидше протікати; професійні аптечки домедичної допомоги, де є все необхідне.
Нове спорядження «підсилить» місцеві територіальні громади. Використовуючи це обладнання, у громадах буде змога ефективніше протидіяти паводкам та ще більш оперативно ліквідовувати їх наслідки, повідомляє Управління ДСНС України у Чернівецькій області.
