У Чернівецькому національному університеті імені Юрія Федьковича відбулося засідання координаційної ради, де обговорювали проведення в обласному центрі міжнародного Форуму Української Молоді Діаспори «Чернівці-2021» та ІІІ Світового Конгресу Українських Молодіжних Організацій у Чернівцях.
З боку діаспорян у зустрічі взяли участь президент СКУМО Дмитро Лєкарцев, його заступник Алекс Гречанюк.
Чернівецьку область представляли Вікторія Гатрич (керівник департаменту комунікацій ОДА) та Олександр Погодін (керівник управління молоді та спорту ОДА), Михайло Павлюк (заступник голови облради), Юрій Лесюк (заступник міського голови) та інші.
Влада області та міста висловила підтримку молодіжним ініціативам українців з-за кордону та запевнила у сприянні проведення згаданих заходів, які плануються на серпень цього року.
У програмі — флешмоби, спортивні змагання та презентації напрямів подальшої співпраці із закордонними організаціями.
