Днями, в рамках операції «Спирт» працівниками податкової міліції Головного управління ДФС у Чернівецькій області спільно з працівниками ВПК в Чернівецькій області ДКП НП України, викрили «підпільний цех» з виготовлення фальсифікованих алкогольних напоїв з використанням обладнання, що забезпечує масове виробництво таких товарів, які в подальшому мали реалізовуватися на території області. Про це повідомляє ДФС.
“У тому числі безакцизний алкоголь пропонували оптом та вроздріб за ціною значно нижчою від ринкової, через мережу Інтернет. Нелегальне виробництво мешканець області розмістив в одному з приміщень гаражного кооперативу міста”, – розповів заступник начальника Головного управління ДФС у Чернівецькій області полковник податкової міліції Сергій Грамчук.
Під час обшуку з незаконного обігу вилучили 1670 пляшок фальсифікованої горілки відомих брендів з підробленими марками акцизного податку України; близько 500 літрів прозорої рідини із різким запахом спирту, засоби для виготовлення фальсифікованих лікеро-горілчані виробів. Орієнтовна вартість вилученого складає понад 500 тис. грн.
За фактом незаконного виготовлення алкогольних напоїв шляхом відкриття підпільного цеху до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесені відомості про вчинення кримінального правопорушення.
