21 березня до поліції звернулася жінка й повідомила, що приблизно о 12:10 невідомий чоловік відкрито заволодів її велосипедом, який був припаркований біля крамниці на проспекті Незалежності у Чернівцях.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Для з’ясування обставин кримінального правопорушення на місце злочину виїхали співробітники Чернівецького районного управління поліції. За результатами проведених оперативно-розшукових заходів поліцейські встановили й розшукали правопорушника – 23 річного чернівчанина. Зловмисник розповів співробітникам поліції, що здав чужий велосипед у ломбард, а отримані гроші витратив на власні потреби.
Слідчі поліції повідомили чоловікові про підозру у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 186 (Грабіж) Кримінального кодексу України. За результатами досудового розслідування поліцейські склали обвинувальний акт і скерували його до суду для розгляду.
