Уряд передав місцевій владі повноваження самостійно вирішувати, чи обмежувати рух залізничного та автотранспорту у «червоній» зони. Раніше Кабмін вказував серед обов’язкових обмежень заборону на регулярні та нерегулярні перевезення.
Про це повідомив міністр інфраструктури Владислав Криклій.
Тепер регіональні комісії з питань ТЕБ та НС будуть вирішувати, чи запроваджувати обмеження для транспорту. За її рішенням заборонятимуться регулярні та нерегулярні перевезення пасажирів автомобільним та залізничним транспортом. Винятки, на які не діятиме рішення комісії:
- транзитні перевезення;
- перевезення легковими автомобілями, де кількість пасажирів, включаючи водія, не більше 5 людей без урахування дітей до 14 років;
- перевезення службовим/орендованим автотранспортом підприємств, закладів, установ у межах кількості місць для сидіння і виключно за маршрутами руху, про які поінформовано не менше ніж за 2 дні органи Нацполіції;
- перевезення пасажирів автотранспортом у міжнародному сполученні за наявності підтвердженого негативного результату ПЛР-тесту на COVID-19, проведеного не більше ніж за 48 годин.
Крім того, окремим рішенням Державної комісії з питань ТЕБ та НС буде заборонятися посадка пасажирів в автомобільний чи залізничний транспорт міжобласного сполучення, крім спеціальних залізничних рейсів.
