Співробітники Управління протидії наркозлочинності ГУНП в Чернівецькій області спільно з працівниками СБУ під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури Чернівецької області викрили протиправну діяльність групи буковинців. Про це повідомляє прес-служба ГУНП у Чернівецькій області.
Правоохоронці встановили, що п’ятеро чоловіків віком від 24 до 39 років організували підпільне виготовлення амфетаміну й канабісу. Для своєї нарколабораторії зловмисники спеціально винаймали в одному з районів області приватний будинок. Обов’язки між учасниками злочинної групи були чітко розподілені і кожен відповідав за певний напрямок – постачання наркотиків, збут «товару», збір коштів тощо.
Встановивши особи всіх учасників угрупування та з’ясувавши їхні ролі у протиправній схемі, правоохоронці спільно з бійцями спецпідрозділу «КОРД» одночасно провели затримання всіх зловмисників.
Упродовж доби здійснено також більше десяти обшуків, під час яких виявлено та вилучено 2,5 кілограми психотропної речовини «амфетамін», 2 кілограми наркотичної речовини «канабіс», приладдя та інгредієнти для виготовлення амфетаміну, нелегальну зброю, а також майже 25 тисяч гривень, здобутих внаслідок злочинної діяльності. Усе вилучене направлено до Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру для проведення експертизи.
Детективи Слідчого управління обласного ГУНП повідомили затриманим про підозру у скоєнні злочину, передбаченого частиною 2 статті 307 (Незаконне виробництво, виготовлення, придбання, зберігання, перевезення, пересилання чи збут наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин або їх аналогів) Кримінального кодексу України. Чотирьом підозрюваним суд обрав запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою, ще одному – домашній арешт. За протиправну діяльність зловмисникам загрожує до 10 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією майна.
Наразі триває досудове розслідування у вказаному кримінальному провадженні. Правоохоронці встановлюють канали надходження канабісу й амфетаміну, а також інших осіб, котрі можуть бути причетними до функціонування вказаного наркобізнесу.
