Сьогодні, 13 березня, на вулиці Комунальників у Чернівцях сталася дорожньо-транспортна пригода за участі легковика та вантажного автомобіля. Внаслідок автопригоди постраждав один із водіїв. За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Щоб встановити всі обставини події на місце скоєння ДТП виїхала слідчо-оперативна група Чернівецького районного управління поліції. Попередньо правоохоронці встановили, що 19-річний водій автомобіля «Mercedes-Benz Е 320» виїхав на зустрічну смугу руху, не врахував дорожньої обстановки та допустив зіткнення із вантажним автомобілем «Mercedes Sprinter», який рухався в попутному напрямку та намагався повернути ліворуч.
В результаті автопригоди водій автомобіля «Mercedes-Benz Е 320» отримав незначні тілесні ушкодження.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
