Порушник систематично ображав свою співмешканку, виганяв з будинку та погрожував їй фізичною розправою. Співробітники поліції зібрали достатньо доказів систематичності вчинення насильницьких дій та повідомили йому про підозру. За вказані дії йому загрожує до двох років позбавлення волі.
Слідчі поліції відділення поліції № 2 (м. Хотин) Дністровського районного відділу поліції встановили, що 45-річний житель міста Хотин неодноразово вчиняв домашнє насильство відносно своєї 40-річної співмешканки.
За вказані дії правоохоронці притягували буковинця до адміністративної відповідальності за частинами 1 та 2 статті 173-2 (Вчинення домашнього насильства, насильства за ознакою статі, невиконання термінового заборонного припису або неповідомлення про місце свого тимчасового перебування) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
Поліцейські неодноразово проводили роз’яснювальні бесіди з правопорушником про неприпустимість вчинення таких дій, однак чоловік не реагував та продовжував ображати потерпілу.
Наразі слідчі поліції повідомили кривднику про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого статтею 126-1 (Домашнє насильство) Кримінального кодексу України.
