Чернівецька міська рада звернулась до обласної комісії ТЕБ та НС з проханням регламентувати роботу Калинівського ринку.
Про це на своїй сторінці у Facebook повідомив міський голова Чернівців Роман Клічук.
«МТК «Калинівський ринок» згідно з рішенням Чернівецької міської ради ще від 2003 року класифікується як ринок змішаного типу. Тому ми вважаємо, що наша «Калинка» не підпадає під дію зазначеного пункту постанови.
Чітко регламентувати роботу ринків змішаного типу може Державна або обласна комісія ТЕБ та НС. Тому, сподіваючись на оперативність у розв’язанні цього складного і важливого питання, ми звернулись до обласної комісії і наразі разом з підприємцями чекаємо на її рішення», – йдеться у дописі мера Чернівців.
