Верховна Рада може скасувати в Україні перехід на літній та зимовий час. Парламентський комітет з питань економічного розвитку затвердив відповідний законопроєкт.
Про це на своїй сторінці у Фейсбук написав іцініатор законопроекту – перший заступник голови парламенту Руслан Стефанчук.
Він каже, що перехід на літній чи зимовий час негативно впливає на біоритми людини, додає, що консультувався щодо цього документу із фахівцями з Національної академії наук України та спеціалістами з провідних медичних університетів України.
«Абсолютно всі, без виключення, підтримують ідею скасувати сезонне переведення годинника, оскільки це негативно впливає на біоритми та, відповідно, на здоров’я людини», — наголошує Руслан Стефанчук.
Він також додав, що ідею скасувати сезонне переведення годинників з 2021 року підтримав і Європейський парламент: кожна країна ЄС самостійно вирішуватиме, за яким часом — зимовим чи літнім — їй краще жити. Тож про скасування переведення годинників знову заговорили і в Україні.
«Не існує досліджень, в яких було б доведено заощадження електроенергії. У разі необхідності при підготовці законопроекту до другого читання ми зможемо передбачити можливість надання деяким територіальним громадам права запроваджувати регіональний робочий час», — наголосив він.
Зазначимо, що цей законопроєкт зареєстрували у Верховній Раді ще у жовтні 2020 року.
Перехід на зимовий/літній час уперше запровадили у Великобританії понад 110 років. В Україні це почали робити на початку 1980-х років. Водночас варто пам’ятати, що організм людини може не одразу звикнути до нового режиму, тож варто не перевтомлюватись, деякий час обходитись без великих фізичних навантажень та правильно харчуватись.
