На Сторожинеччині співробітники поліції викрили двох чоловіків, які перевозили вбитих косуль і могли бути причетними до незаконного полювання на території місцевого лісництва. Слідчі поліції вилучили у правопорушників докази протиправної діяльності та направили на експертизу.
Вночі, 19 лютого, під час патрулювання території обслуговування співробітники сектору реагування патрульної поліції відділення поліції №1 (м. Сторожинець) Чернівецького районного управління поліції отримали інформацію про автомобіль, в якому можуть перебувати особи, причетні до незаконного полювання на території Сторожинецького лісництва.
Щоб перевірити вказану інформацію, правоохоронці почали відпрацьовувати автошляхи, помітили підозрілий автомобіль марки «Hyundai Santa FE» і зупинили його. Під час поверхневої перевірки транспортного засобу співробітники поліції виявили дві туші вбитих косуль та чохол, в якому могла бути зброя. Поліцейські одразу викликали слідчо-оперативну групу для з’ясування всіх обставин кримінального правопорушення та його документування.
Правоохоронці встановили особи водія та пасажира автомобіля «Hyundai Santa FE». Ними виявилися двоє жителів села Череш, віком 25 і 33 роки. Чоловіки відмовилися пояснювати співробітникам поліції звідки в них вбиті тварини.
Слідчо-оперативна група відділення поліції №1 (м. Сторожинець) Чернівецького районного управління поліції вилучила у правопорушників 2 туші косуль, мисливський малокаліберний карабін і 90 набоїв до нього.
Поліцейські направили вилучені докази на експертизу.
Слідчі поліції вирішують питання про внесення відомостей до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками статті 248 (Незаконне полювання) Кримінального кодексу України.
